Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
Packaging
All peptides are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. Products are sealed in temperature-controlled containers when required. Cold chain shipping with ice packs is available for temperature-sensitive compounds.
Returns
All sales are final. Due to the nature of research chemicals and the strict chain-of-custody requirements for these products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and, at our discretion, ship a replacement.
